• Facilitation Skills: This 3-day workshop helps participants gather the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver DDI programs: Interaction Management^®: Exceptional Leaders . . . Extraordinary Results^®, Targeted Management®, Interaction Management^®: Exceptional Performers Series and Service Plus^®.
•  ^New Virtual Classroom Booster Session: This four-hour session is a supplement to Facilitation Skills Workshop and is designed for certified facilitators who would like to deliver DDI’s Interaction Management^®: Exceptional Leaders . . . Extraordinary Results^® courses in a virtual classroom setting. Participants will learn how to transfer the knowledge and skills they’ve acquired in the FSW for virtual delivery as well as best practices for virtual classroom facilitation. The workshop is competency-based, and participants are shown how to utilize DDI materials for a virtual delivery.  
• Targeted Selection® Program Manager: This 1-day certification workshop provides participants with an understanding of what is needed for a successful Targeted Selection® (TS) implementation. TS: Program Managers receive tools and learn best practices for building a successful implementation plan, performing a type of job analysis, designing the interviewing system and training solution, creating interview guides, evaluating the implementation, and ensuring sustainability. Prerequisite: completion of TS: Interviewer.
• Targeted Selection^®: Trainer: This 3-day certification workshop is designed to transfer knowledge and skills in training Targeted Selection^® (TS) interviewers and coaches. Participants have the opportunity to experience the 1-day TS: Interviewer workshop, to present portions of the TS: Interviewer workshop and receive feedback, and to gain a working knowledge of the materials and resources available to TS trainers for the TS: Interviewer and TS: Coach workshops. 
• Success Profiles^®:: Card Sort Analyst Workshop: This two-day workshop equips participants to create Success Profiles using DDI’s Success Profiles: Card Sort tools and methodologies. Participants gain an understanding ofthe components of a holistic Success Profile, how to create Success Profiles by facilitating Focus Group Discussions, and how to confirm Success Profiles by administering Confirmation Questionnaires and/or focus group techniques.
